Pricing Method

Sahel will follow the Target Return Pricing policy: Each service request will have a unique price depend on the below variables:

  • • The service request type
  • • Service request complexity
  • • Customers’ Location

Cancelation policy

You can cancel a service request with 15 minutes when you have received a job proposal from a service provider.But you can cancel the service request if any change made on the job proposal i.e. time of technician arrival, cost, Job time or service provider.

To cancel an order, follow these steps:

  • • Tap menu I top left
  • • Tap my requests
  • Select the request you want to cancel Tap cancel in the top right

Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason you can ask for a refund. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • • Customer's account must be in good standing
  • • Service malfunctions or doesn't work as described

If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. It's important to keep in mind that there is often a difference between a service that doesn't work and a situation where you are receiving an error message. Error messages could be related to an incorrect setup, configuration or software and as a result the service is not working.

Acceptance of this policy

You acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the Mobile Application or its Services you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Policy, you are not authorized to use or access the Mobile Application and its Services.
